Northeast Forestry University

Northeast Forestry University, located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, is a higher education and research institution under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. It serves as the largest forestry college in China and a key university within the countrywide “211 Project.” Northeast Forestry University is currently a multidisciplinary college with forestry as its central area, specializing in forestry engineering.
 

Founded in 1952, Northeast Forestry University (NEFU) was once fashioned by combining each Zhejiang University and the forestry branch of Northeast Agricultural College.
