Accommodation Information
1. Delegates flying in from other countries: Check-in on 26th November 2025
2. Delegates traveling from other cities in China: Check-in on 27th November 2025
3. Check-out: 27th or 28th November 2025
4. Our STAR Partners are entitled to two nights of complimentary accommodation in a
double bedroom.
5. If you prefer to stay in a different hotel, please inform us in advance. All delegates must
ensure timely attendance at the conference sessions.
Visa Support
1. For Official Passport Holders:
An official invitation letter from MalishaEdu will be issued, which can be used for immigration
and leave approval purposes.
2. For Ordinary Passport Holders:
We will provide an invitation letter from MalishaEdu to support your visa application in your
home country or the country where you hold a valid residence permit. If your local Chinese
An embassy or Consulate requires an invitation from a Chinese government authority; we can
assist with the process.
Note: The cost for this special invitation letter must be covered by the applicant.
Meals & Dining

2. Lunch: Buffet-style lunch will be arranged by the organizers. (HALAL options available)
