Following the resounding success of our inaugural conference last December, MalishaEdu is proud to announce the convening of "The 2nd Belt and Road Chinese University and Overseas Partner Exchange Conference." This prestigious event is scheduled for the 21st & the 22nd of November, 2024, in the vibrant metropolis of Guangzhou, P.R. China.

In our continuous endeavour to amplify the impact of this gathering, we shall welcome an assembly of more than 100 Chinese higher education institutions. Joining us will be dignitaries from over twelve national embassies and consulates, esteemed delegates from the ministries of education and other governmental agencies from beyond fifteen countries, alongside representatives from universities, colleges, and educational institutes from over twenty-five nations. Furthermore, seventy international cooperation agencies will grace the exchange program, widening the horizons for bilateral educational cooperation.

This exchange is not merely a conference; it is a nexus for shared learning, forging stronger collaborations, and contributing significantly to the enhancement of international educational exchanges and partnerships between China and the world.

Introduction of Organizer

Founded in 2012, Guangzhou MalishaEdu Co., Ltd is a prominent educational consultancy based in Guangzhou, China. Specializing in the global promotion of Chinese education, we assist international students in securing admissions to Chinese Universities, serving as a bridge between Chinese and overseas students.

We have established the Belt & Road Chinese Center (BRCC) and started Chinese language and culture instruction to the international community & foundation courses indifferent countries to nurture qualified students for Chinese Universities.

Additionally, we have established "EasyLink" to provide assistance with job placement for graduates in Chinese enterprises and assist foreigners in registering their company & running it smoothly in China.

We always put education as our top priority, so we have established the Malisha Foundation for helping excellent but economically needy students from different countries to ensure they have opportunities for their higher study either in their home country or in China.

MalishaEdu is dedicated to advancing Chinese education on a global scale, with a primary focus on Belt and Road Countries. Display stall of overseas partners (Details-1):

Overseas Universities, institutes, College, High Schools, and Educational Companies can display their stall on the 22nd of November 2024. The primary purpose of this display is to

A. To promote your institute or company globally.

B. To let Chinese universities visit you and learn more about your institute or company.

C. To create more opportunities for direct collaboration with Chinese universities and overseas delegates.

D. Sign an Agreement with Chinese Universities.

Fees Details:

i. Package one: 250USD/Stall includes stall space, stall decoration, printing X banners, tablecloths, background banners, 200pcs flyer, photos & videos for promotion.

ii. Package two: 350USD/Stall includes one person, a three-night hotel, stall space, stall decoration, printing X banner, table cloths, background banner, 200pcs flyer, photos &videos for promotion.

iii. Package Three: 450USD/Stall includes two-person three-night hotel, stall space, stall decoration, printing X banner, table cloths, background banner, 200pcs flyer, photos & videos for promotion.

Please Note:

1. Please ensure that the package fees are paid before 29th October, 2024.

2. lf you are unable to attend but still wish to promote your institute during our program, our team can represent your organization. In this case, please select one of the packages listed above.

About the Accommodation:

1. Delegates flying from other countries shall check in on 20th and other cities in China shall check in on 21st November and Check out on 22nd or 23rd November 2024.

2.Our recommended hotel is: Nanyang King's Gate Hotel, Rent 450 CNY/Night/Double room.

3.Our STAR partners can enjoy free accommodation for Two Nights(Double bedroom).

4.lf someone wants to stay in another hotel, they must inform us and attend the program on time.

About Your Visa:

1.For Official Passport Holder:

We will provide an "INVITATION LETTER" from MalishaEdu; you can use this "INVITATION LETTER" for your leave and immigration purposes.

2.For Ordinary Passport Holder:

l) lf you need to apply for a Chinese visa, we will provide an "INVITATION LETTER" from MalishaEdu. You can use this "INVITATION LETTER" as your supporting document for applying for a Chinese Visa from your country or the country of a resident permit holder.

ll) lf your local Chinese Embassy/Consulate requires an invitation Letter from the local Chinese government, we can assist you in getting it. However, you will pay the cost for this special type of invitation letter.

Your Meal:

1. Breakfast: You will enjoy breakfast at the hotel where you live.

2. Lunch: We will arrange lunch for you (Buffet and Halal Food)

3.Dinner: Gala Dinner on 21st November 2024
