In the major, we have the professional training of humanities and social science literacy in the field of computer science and technology, that are required in the field of computer science and technology disciplines. Students should have a solid theoretical foundation, practical ability and creative spirit, the coordinated development of knowledge, ability, and quality. He/she can be engaged in the computer science and technology, computer application system design or development work, senior engineering and technical personnel with strong competitiveness, teaching and management personnel relative to computer science and technology.

The students should have a good basic knowledge of natural science and social science, the scientific world outlook and methodology of higher education; have the solid mathematics, physics and other basic theory; possess the quality of computer science and technology; and have comprehensive application of the professional knowledge.

Basic Amenities: All rooms typically have a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and internet access.

Air Conditioning and Heating: Available in all rooms to ensure comfort in all seasons.

Laundry Facilities: Shared laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers are available in each dorm building.

Common Kitchens: Some dormitories have shared kitchen facilities, allowing students to cook their own meals.

Shared Study Rooms: Designated study areas provide a quiet space for focused learning.

Dining Facilities: Multiple dining halls and canteens are located around campus, offering affordable meals with a variety of Chinese and international dishes.

• The applicant, who is between 18-25 years old, has graduated from high school, has achieved above level 4(including) in HSK can apply for programs taught in Chinese.
• The high school graduate without certificate of HSK can apply for our Try-out Courses after approval by interview, the validity of trial period is one year.
• Programs in English: 1) English is the native language/official language; or 2) IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 60; or 3) Studied courses taught in English in high school or college; or 4) English level admitted by ZJUT.
