Civil Aviation University of China (中国民航大学) is a general college directly under the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, which mainly cultivates advanced engineering technology and management talents. The predecessor of the school was the Second Civil Aviation School of the Civil Aviation Administration of the Military Commission established in September 1951. In December 1958, it was renamed the Chinese Civil Aviation Advanced Aviation School. In June 1963, it was included in the sequence of ordinary colleges and universities. It was renamed the Chinese Civil Aviation Mechanical College. On August 10, 1981, it was renamed the China Civil Aviation Academy. On May 30, 2006, it was renamed the Civil Aviation University of China (中国民航大学).

The predecessor of the school was the Second Civil Aviation School of the Civil Aviation Administration of the Military Commission established in September 1951. Chairman Mao Zedong personally appointed General Fang Huai as the principal, and Premier Zhou Enlai personally selected the school site. 1981 changed its name to China Civil Aviation College, 2006 Nian 5 Yue 30 days, renamed the Civil Aviation University of China.

The school covers a total area of 1.717 million square meters, with a total construction area of 874,000 square meters . According to the idea of “ one school with multiple campuses, reasonable layout, and coordinated development ” , Tianjin Dongli Campus is located next to the Tianjin Binhai International Airport, and there are three other flights: Chaoyang Flying College, Inner Mongolia Flying College, and Xinjiang Tianxiang Aviation College. The training college is building the Tianjin Ninghe campus.

The school has 2 national-level experimental teaching demonstration centers, 1 national-level virtual simulation experimental center, 1 national model engineering professional degree graduate joint training base, 1 national engineering practice education center, and Tianjin municipal experimental teaching demonstration center 9 There are 2 virtual simulation experiment centers in Tianjin. The school has 6 disciplines including engineering, management, science, economics, literature, and law. It has doctoral authorization points for first-level disciplines in safety science and engineering, 11 master authorization points for first-level disciplines, 6 master degree authorization points for professional degrees, and 31 undergraduates.

The school adheres to the strategy of strengthening the school by talents, and a large number of well-known experts and scholars have emerged in the civil aviation industry, Tianjin, and even at home and abroad. Civil Aviation University of China provides special, well-equipped dormitory for international students, with restaurant and fitness entertainment facilities. International students can choose a single room, a double room, a triple room after they reached University. All the rooms equipped with air conditioner, attached independent toilet with shower equipment, color TV, telephone, bed with required amenities and furniture. Besides, there is a kitchen in international students’ dormitory, international students can also cook meal by themselves if they like. Students are required to pay the electricity, water and internet they use.

  8. Need to have skill on research & publication(For Masters and PhD Degree )
  9. Need to have publication on good journal (For PhD Degree)
  10. Need to provide real and complete resume
